One of the most common complaints when using the NotePad that comes in Windows by default, is that it's not possible to adjust the level of transparency, which is extremely useful to see what's underneath, and greatly facilitates copying text.

Lazy Notepad is a simple program that attempts to solve this problem through an interface whose transparency is adjustable and can also overlap the other windows on your PC, forcing itself into the foreground even if you begin to use another application.

The font size and style can be adjusted from the shortcuts of its toolbar at the top, without having to move among complex menus!
